After 15 years in the event industry, Jordana had worked with the best caterers in New York City and was always left wanting more. She set out to create a company with impeccable service and delicious, beautiful food that could also streamline the planning experience for busy fashion and luxury professionals.
After re connecting with Chef Eduardo, who had perfected the art of the one bite canape, Little Gem was born. Their mission was simple: offer clean, creative and seasonal bites that leave even the most jaded guests asking "who was the caterer this evening?" As their fashion portfolio grew, they expanded into working with private clients for all sorts of celebrations.
Little Gem is now a full service catering company, working with top fashion and luxury brands while maintaining a roster of hundreds of New York based families. Jordana and Eduardo continue to work on every event that leaves the East 62nd Street commissary and cherish their collaboration and friendship.
