Jordana

At Little Gem, Jordana looks after the direction and future of the company. She manages all new business, marketing, public relations and operations, and also directs all aspects of event production.

Jordana spent 10 years working for the luxury accessories brand Coach, most recently spearheading their global special events department. At Coach, Jordana developed and produced new store openings, charity partnerships, press previews and product launches within North and South America, Europe and Asia and implemented long-term, company-wide event strategies. Jordana also directed Coach’s celebrity and VIP-focused initiatives and created many of their philanthropic programs.

Before Coach, Jordana worked for luxury PR firm Harrison & Shriftman where she managed global brand launches and events for venerable brands including Jimmy Choo, Mercedes Benz and Oscar de la Renta. She then transitioned into the entertainment industry, producing movie premieres and awards promotions for Miramax Films.

Jordana is a graduate of Columbia University and continues to reside in New York City with her husband and two children. She is a grass roots supporter of Good Plus Foundation.

Eduardo

Eduardo is the executive chef at Little Gem. Having been with the company since its inception, he is responsible for all menu development, hiring all of the chefs and kitchen crew, and overseeing the commissary on 62nd Street.

A native of Mexico City, he started his culinary career in his mother’s kitchen at the age of 12 making rosticeria, his family’s famous chicken recipe. After emigrating to New York he spent 3 years in the kitchen at Gemma restaurant, and then followed his older brother to work at Bite, a premier catering company where Eduardo perfected his culinary skills and mastered the tricks of the trade of the catering industry.

His passion for flavorful, local ingredients combined with his vast experience in catering allow him to lead the culinary team at Little Gem with creativity, confidence and his infectious smile. You can find his mother’s famous rosticeria recipe on our dinner menu.
